Connelly and Clark Prevail at WA Supreme Court

Congratulations to Member Mike Connelly and Associate Megan Clark, who prevailed in their May 2018 arguments at the Washington Supreme Court in City of Spokane v. Horton. The Washington Supreme Court ruled that Washington cities do not have the power to create tax exemptions, agreeing with the Court of Appeals and adopting Mr. Connelly and Ms. Clark's arguments.
